I recommend seeing Nancy. Nancy is one incredible counselor with so much love and compassion. I have been a cilent of Nancy for 7 or 8 years now. I felt truly heard and understood during my sessions with her. Nancy wasable to help me reflect back my thoughts and feelings in a way that helped me gain clarity. Nancy and I clicked right away. She has this warmth feeling about her were I was able to trust,open up about past traumas. Relationships, mental health, chronic illnesses and so much more.It took me years to find her but shes one I will keep forever. I feel incredibly safe and welcomed. I feel I can express my feelings without the need to hide anything from her. I've learned so much about myself and how to develop healthy strategies for myself moving forward because of the counseling I have received. I have been a client of Darcy's for years, and have addressed many issues in my life with her guidance and support. I had seen counsellors previously but it wasn't until I started seeing Darcy that I truly felt seen and heard. Her kindness, empathy and compassion is equal to her extensive clinical knowledge. Through carefully guided and collaborative conversations, she hears my concerns and struggles, and helps me to reframe experiences in a way that challenges me to be my own catalyst for change. I always come away from a session with her with new tools in my toolbox and concrete take aways for moving forward. I cannot recommend her enough. I have also had the opportunity to work with Nancy for my son...she is lovely. Very calming energy, understanding and wonderful for children.
